We specialize in selling jewelry designed specifically for children. Our products are intended for children aged baby to teen.
While we strive to not only meet, but continually exceed the highest safety standards for our high-end jewelry, please note that small parts can pose a choking hazard. Children should always be supervised when wearing our jewelry.
It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure the appropriate and safe use of our products.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of products, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We may require additional verification or information before processing your order.
PRICING & PAYMENT
The prices of our products are displayed on our website in JOD (Jordanian Dinars) and are subject to change without notice.
We accept Bank Transfers and Cash on Delivery form of payment.
If your payment method is declined or unable to be processed, we may cancel your order or contact you to provide an alternative payment method.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship our products to the Jordan, United States and internationally.
We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver our products. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
We are not responsible for any delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and provide refunds for unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase, subject to our Return Policy.
Engraved or customized items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for earrings or other jewelry items that have been worn.
