Orders from BabyChic will be shipped 1 - 3 working days from the date of order.

Customized orders will need 5 - 7 working days.

We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except for the purpose of arranging delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BabyChic pieces can only be exchanged within 10 days of purchase if they are in their original condition and with a valid proof of purchase.

BabyChic pieces can be exchanged for a different pieces of the same or higher value. Customized and personalized items can not be exchanged. BabyChic do not offer refunds.
